This article describes how administrators can enable Paper-based sessions in System Settings.
Important: Paper sessions are not enabled by default. If you are interested in enabling this feature, please contact your Account Manager.
If paper-based sessions have been enabled for your organization, you must enable the paper sessions feature is enabled in System Settings before using this feature. For more information on creating and delivering this type of session, see Paper-based sessions.

Under the Paper-Based Testing dropdown in System Settings, toggle the Hybrid session access option.

Currently, this type of session will only accept paper responses from Extended Text interactions set to Rich Text mode.

Click Save Changes.
