🎉 TAO February 2025 Release Highlights! 🎉

TAO Authoring Updates & Fixes:

Enhanced Custom Response Processing: All standard interactions may now utilize the “Custom” Response Processing option, while also ensuring that the correct answer can be set.
Improved Naming Conventions: To better reflect the functionality's outcome, the "Validate responses" option in test assembly/authoring has been renamed to "Enforce item constraints".
Expanded LaTeX Editor: The LaTeX WYSIWYG editor in item authoring now includes additional math symbols and expressions.
Bug Fix: Resolved issues with Ruby text editing in Chrome v128.

TAO Advance Updates & Fixes:

Bug Fix: Corrected navigation issues for battery sessions when operating in full-screen mode.
Bug Fix: Addressed errors that occurred in certain scenarios when submitting tests containing file upload interactions.

TAO Portal Updates & Fixes:

Introduction of Data Explorer: We are excited to introduce Data Explorer, a new feature that allows users to explore various assessment-related data collected with TAO. Previously a lab feature, it is now available in Beta and can be enabled through user profile customization.
Revamped TAO Portal Homepage: We have given the TAO Portal homepage a facelift to enhance usability across all available sections.
Manual Rescoring of Sessions: Users can now reopen manually scored sessions via the "Rescore" menu option to score them again.
Bug Fix: The "Require manual scoring" option has been removed from the session creation form, as it was mistakenly included.
Bug Fix: Fixed issues with test reviews not functioning correctly in rare instances for sessions in TAO Portal.
