Using deliveries in the TAO Portal
Once a delivery is created in TAO authoring (Content Bank), the Portal now provides a beta version of a feature that allows you to access that delivery from the Portal interface.

If enabled, delivery management can be accessed via the Deliveries tile upon login, or via the top bar menu (Deliveries).
Admins will see a table listing all deliveries:
Delivery name: The name assigned to a delivery.
Published on: The date the delivery was created.
Delivery ID: The unique identifier for the delivery.
This identifier is the same as what is displayed in the Deliveries tab of TAO Authoring. With this now accessible from the Portal, configuring CSV imports and LTI launches (or any configuration that requires a delivery’s ID) may be easier.
Original language: The language the delivery was originally created in (if defined).
Translations: Displays languages (if any) that the delivery was translated into.
The list can be ordered by Delivery name, Published on, or Delivery ID.
The search box on top-left of the table can be used to search deliveries by Delivery name.
Select Preview to view the delivery as it would appear to test takers in a session.
Click the ellipses button (…) in the row of the delivery to view the following options:
Deactivate: Deactivates the delivery, preventing it from being used/assigned to sessions. Select Persist to retrieve a deactivated delivery.
Export: Exports the delivery as a word document.

Editing a delivery
Editing from the delivery editing interface is not available for interactions with advanced properties.
Options:
Add question: Under the Choice tab, choose between true or false, single choice, multiple choice, inline choice interactions. Under the Text tab, add your text.
Duplicate or a remove an item/interaction.
Edit existing items: This interface allows test authors to directly edit basic elements of interactions.
